I am an allied, white settler of Scottish and English decent. I am humbled, and honoured, to call Tk’emlups te Secwepemc territory my home. My specialty and passion is in supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. I work with a range of concerns including self-worth, shame, anxiety, depression, trauma, violence, substance use, chronic pain, and grief. I also have experience working with youth and young adults with neurodiversities.

I practice from a highly integrative & holistic approach which focuses on well-being – physical, emotional, mental, spiritual. With a blend of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, play, & expressive arts interventions I will collaborate with you to meet your unique needs.
