I am honoured to have the privilege to live, work, and play on the Tk’emlups te Secwepemc territory. I am experienced and passionate about supporting individuals and families! I understand that our coping styles often significantly impact our relationships, leaving us feeling confused and disconnected from those they care for the most. My vast experience contributes to my understanding of behaviours linked to coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, addictions, grief, and relationships.
My approach is individualized to my clients' needs, values, and goals. I utilize evidence-based techniques, including CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gottman Method for Couples and Families, and Solution Focused Therapy. I hold a master’s in counselling psychology. I am in the process of obtaining my registration as a Registered Clinical Counsellor.
Taking steps to become vulnerable and come to counselling can be both exciting and scary. I am confident that my genuine and nonjudgmental approach will leave my clients feeling heard, understood, and safe. I am honoured to have the opportunity to walk alongside my clients as they navigate the complexities of their life.
