If you are experiencing the intense hurt, confusion and pain in the aftermath of being cheated on, welcome. I support those affected by infidelity (both chronic and acute) and the partners of persons with porn/sex addiction. Betrayal can feel like your whole world has been turned upside down, leaving you feeling lost and uncertain. Betrayal trauma can be complex, isolating, and overwhelming. It impacts one's sense of trust, esteem and safety with others and self. I understand the depth of pain, grief and pressure to decide what to do next. Together, we'll navigate through these emotions, finding peace and rebuilding your world.
I work with betrayed partners offering a down-to-earth, warm and trauma-informed lens. I hold specialized training as a CCPS Candidate through the Association of Partners of Sex Addict Trauma Specialists. My style is underpinned by neuroscience, somatic theory and attachment theory. I interweave parts-work, ACT, Gottman and am trained in EMDR.
