I work with clients on a wide range of issues from depression, anxiety, and stress to trauma, grief, and addiction. I have an avid interest in animal assisted wellness and am training towards certification in animal assisted therapy. The commonality among all my clients is a love for animals, a connection to nature, and a desire to remove some splinters while working through life's difficult knots.
I offer mindfulness-based strategies to support the development of cognitive and emotional resilience; DBT to develop a healthier relationship to acceptance and change; CBT to raise awareness around maladaptive patterns and how to change them; EFT to offer insight into emotional experiences and processes; and, NT to support you in reclaiming your story.
