With a holistic approach to therapy, I understand the importance of all aspects of self working together to create genuine healing and joy - our mental/emotional, spiritual, physical all need to be considered.
I specialize in depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma and stress. My holistic approach is rooted in a somatic foundation, which looks at how the body holds onto unprocessed emotions. That being said, therapy is about YOU and my goal is that you feel heard, understood and respected, which is more important that the therapeutic approach.
I believe that we have the innate ability to heal, but sometimes we need support and guidance along the way. My purpose is to provide the space for you to explore who you are and who you are becoming and to provide guidance and unwavering support as you begin the important work of finding more joy and happiness in life.
