Work-life balance can be difficult to manage on your own, especially if you are struggling with mental health; whether that be from a recent traumatic event or historical trauma. Layered in this can be undiagnosed learning conditions and/or caregiving responsibility, which can lead to heightened emotional stress or crisis. It is helpful to have a support network; either in your personal life, in the community, or even medically. Creating boundaries for ones self is a big step and I can help through this by providing solution-focused, goal oriented strategies, hopefully creating more balance and getting back to your 'normal self'.
I take a Trauma-Informed, person-centred, and strength based approach with 10-15 yrs supporting people who have experienced trauma/crisis. My aim is to uncover "why" you are 'currently' struggling to trust yourself and what we can do together to regain confidence in your decisions, relationships, work or life in general, so you thrive independently.
As a mother of two young children I strongly believe in teaching and modeling respect and kindness to promote inclusion. I provide an open and non-judgemental safe space and would like to work with you if you feel like I am a fit for you. Feel free to call, text or email for a free consult to chat first.
