As a relational therapist, my practice is centred on creating a warm, nurturing space where it is safe to be vulnerable, express your truth, and embrace your whole, authentic self. I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples to foster a deeper, more compassionate, understanding the "how" and "why" behind stuck points while getting to the root of challenging thoughts, patterns, behaviours, or beliefs. By turning inward, we'll tap into core experiences and/or traumas stored in the mind-body, opening up space to process past wounds, gain new insight, and make meaningful connections between the past and the present.
I know this journey is not always easy, but I also know from experience that embracing discomfort can lead to profound change. Through curiosity, compassion, and a shared commitment to your healing we’ll work towards new emotional balance and experiences, rediscovering what it means to be empowered in your body, relationships, and the world around you.
Using an affirmative, non-pathologizing, and trauma-informed approach I offer individual, couple(s), and sex-positive therapy to help clients work through relationship and intimacy issues, attachment injuries, complex trauma, shame, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
