I use unconditional positive regard and a therapeutic alliance as a foundation for counselling. I draw from Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, DBT, and Family Systems Theory, parts work/IFS and psychodynamics. It is important for me to understand your whole self and help find meaning with your struggles. Sessions are virtual, in-person or Walk/Talk.
