Welcome neurospicy and queer Millenials and Gen Zers who are battling anxiety and/or depression. Drama therapy and counselling sessions can help you build confidence, self-esteem, and healthy communication in your relationships as well as understand yourself better. In individual, couple, or group sessions, we will use creativity and the arts in a holistic approach focused on reconnecting all the rejected parts of you, and to help you express your emotions when words just don't come.

My focus is not to fix you, but to help you open up to the ways you've been resisting and suffering from systems of oppression like colonialism, patriarchy, white supremacy, and capitalism. Through story, playfulness, and ritual, we will gently honor and grieve your childhood and intergenerational trauma.

When creating through art our dreams, we are litterally bringing them into the world. Through art-making, playfulness, and ritual let us softly honour your child self and grieve your stories of trauma and violence. I BDSM-friendly, Kink-friendly, Poly-friendly, Trans-allied, Enby-allied, Indigenous-allied. No art or drama experience necessary.

What is Emotions Speak? An online 12-week drama therapy group for people who want to learn to listen to their emotions with compassion! Maybe you were taught your emotions were wrong, or too big, or dangerous. Perhaps you've had to ignore your feelings to keep you safe from others who wanted to hurt you. This group is for you if you don’t want to talk about the trauma of your past and want to focus on self-acceptance. Use character creation, creative journaling, and movement to listen to your heart with love! No artistc experience is needed.
