My therapeutic approach draws from a anti-oppressive framework, and creating a sense of safety during sessions is of utmost importance to me. Based on your interest and comfort level, I incorporate creative arts and body-focused interventions where applicable. I approach every session with sensitivity, respect, and curiosity for you as a distinct individual.
