Therapy is not always easy, but I believe in the healing power of PLAY. I will invite you to a fun and creative space, using your body to find your inner wisdom (a stretch, a self-massage, a gesture...). I also incorporate spirituality when needed, as I believe there's something bigger than ourselves that is eager to guide us.
