I focus on insight through helping you deepen your own understanding and recognition of patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back, and finding new ways forward. This may look like an exploration of early life experiences, examining core beliefs and cognitive frameworks, somatic work, inner child work, exploring emotions, and narrative restructuring.

You are the expert of your own life, and you hold the keys to your own healing. Knowing this, I bring a curious, non-judgmental approach to therapy as I offer possible tools and areas to consider, while respecting that you ultimately know what you need.
