I am skilled in working with adults, youth and adolescents and am flexible in providing individualized approaches to therapy. This can include anything from depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, difficulties in relationships, bullying, self-esteem, loss of purpose or just a general motivation to work on improving your coping strategies. Whatever it is that you are wanting to work on, I'm here to support you with your goals and to support your development, growth and healing.
As a therapist, I am patient, supportive, creative and skillful in supporting the needs of clients. I work from a trauma-informed lens and have a variety of therapeutic models with which I am familiar. I work to create safe spaces for clients to explore and identify their needs.
