People often spend hours upon hours searching and struggling to find a therapist that seems like they will be a good fit for them. Does this sound familiar? As an experienced humanistic therapist, I prioritize matching my therapeutic approach to the individual needs and goals of each of my clients. Whatever your goals may be when you walk into the therapy room, I will work to ensure that we are able to work towards them in a way that respects your beliefs and makes the most sense to you.
I specialize in working with adoption, LGBTQ+, and cross-cultural experiences, though I also often work with the following: anxiety, stress and coping, depression, romantic relationship concerns, and communication skills. I work primarily with adults, older teens (age 16+), and couples.
Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to read through my Psychology Today profile. I would love to have the opportunity to help you on your path of personal growth, whatever that may be for you. If you would like some assistance on this journey, please reach out to me. Please note that I am currently full and not accepting new clients at this time.
