I aim to provide a safe and nurturing environment in which we can identify, explore, and address the parts of your life that just aren’t working, as well as clarify your values – the things that are most important to you – and incorporate them into your life.
I am passionate about helping my clients increase their self-awareness and understanding, develop coping strategies and self-care behaviours, build self-esteem, and move towards their personal goals. My graduate training also allows me to incorporate spirituality into the psychotherapy process.
