I specialize in working with individual clients experiencing anxiety, work stress, assertiveness, low self-esteem, and interpersonal relationship concerns. I work collaboratively with clients to develop a plan that is tailored to each individual's needs. I draw primarily from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and incorporate strategies from other modalities such as solution-focused therapy and mindfulness-based therapy.

As your therapist, I am here to create a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental environment where you will feel comfortable to share your experiences. I believe that therapy is not only about addressing thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, but also helping you uncover strengths and learn new skills to deal with the challenges that arise in life.

I am open to a holistic way of counselling, incorporating the body, mind, and soul.
