I help adults in BC live with more ease and well-being in the face of stress, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and climate change. Using a collaborative and evidence-based counselling approach, I help my clients build the skills to live a full and meaningful life in the face of their challenges. I have a special interest in supporting clients experiencing eco-anxiety, climate grief, despair, and other intense emotions related to the climate crisis. I also love working with people who are interested in personal growth and wish they could live their lives with more authenticity and vitality!
My main approach to counselling is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). With ACT, I help my clients learn skills to live a full and meaningful life, with more ease and well-being. They learn to notice and make space for their difficult thoughts and feelings, identify what really matters to them in life, and then act on their values in adaptive ways.
Please reach out for a free consultation if you would like to learn more about me and how I could support you at this time. Having a short chat is a great way to meet potential counsellors, and find one that feels like a good fit for you!
