Integrated Therapies create an embodied, trauma-informed space of exploration and connection, for the resolution of trauma, life and relationship patterns, and interpersonal conflict. Sessions seek to reflect, witness and support what is new, emerging and most needed for resolution and growth. As we discover + embrace our own inner 'coding' of language, symbols, meaning and emotion, we find a new engagement with life, ourselves, and those around us, becoming more aware, responsive, and connected from within.

I offer a refined practice of sitting with what is unknown, and often not yet spoken, to arrive with you at the question, or truth, that illuminates the way forward. My integrated approach with couples and relationships facilitates meaningful and effective connection + conflict exploration that is lasting and far-reaching for the relationship as a whole.
