We make quick progress and lasting changes because we take things from scratch. I'm most interested in what I understand the least, which are the roots of emotion, reason, body, and spirit. I have a much wider toolset than most counselors: decades in business and extreme sports. You must understand your neurology. I can train your brain to greater calm, focus, and accuracy. Hypnotherapy is a way to get in touch with feelings. Does your memory serve you? Get in touch with your body; it is unequivocal. I will coach you to create the future.
I write and speak a lot—many books, podcasts, interviews, and articles—but prefer to listen. What I say is dynamite to log jams; I speak to get things flowing. After that, it's a matter of keeping the channel clear. I have little faith in culture, reservations about family, disdain for politics and religion, and I abhor school. What do you think?
