If you are like most people these days, there are times when your life just doesn't go smoothly. Maybe you are struggling with high levels of stress, depression, or anxiety, or perhaps an important relationship is feeling off track. Maybe there is a particular situation that you are struggling with, such as the loss of a loved one. If any of these situations sound familiar, I can help. I work with individuals, couples, and families to assist them in identifying and overcoming the obstacles that stand in their way to greater happiness and fulfilment.

Creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space is my foremost priority. From that foundation, I am most likely to draw on elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, and Systemic Approaches in order to help you develop the practical tools and insights you will need to overcome your challenges.

In addition to seeing clients in person, I also offer the option of working online - either by video conference, or by e-mail through a specially designed counselling portal.
