I'm just myself with my clients - relaxed, down to earth and totally non-judgmental. I'd love to help you tap into the strongest, most authentic version of yourself, so that you can live life the way you want to (whatever that may be). I want to help you to be confident and unshaken by distress.
My approach depends on your goals and what you're comfortable with; I often draw from cognitive-behavioural, compassion-focused and emotion-focused therapies, mindfulness, and explorations of your relationship patterns and upbringing. I'm also trained in EMDR, a specific therapy for trauma. Services are covered by most insurance plans.
I supervise other psychotherapists too, so if I'm not the right fit for you I may have an associate who is. Depending who you book with, we may be able to offer sessions at reduced rates. NB: Clients must reside in Ontario
