Sometimes life and relationships are not easy, and can be full of challenges. It, however, can be more manageable to cope with them when talking with someone else. I offer a safe, encouraging, and caring place for individuals and families to talk about their struggles. I have a strong desire to connect with people and create opportunities for healing and growth. I have sound experience working with women and adolescents who struggle with trauma, anxiety, and depression. I am trained in marriage and family therapy, but work with a wide range of clientele.
My primary focus as a therapist has been working with those who have experienced domestic violence and trauma. I have a passion to come alongside those who are facing a wide variety of problems, including anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, abuse/trauma and relationships.
