Hello! I am a Registered Psychotherapist with over 14 years of experience providing counselling and psychotherapy services to a diverse, adult population. As an adjunct clinical professor, I supervised and trained junior colleagues and student therapists for over 5 years. I use an integrative, evidence-based approach that is person-centred, trauma-informed, strength-based, and change-oriented. I firmly believe that therapy is both a science and an art.
