I believe in each person’s capacity for healing and I endeavour to meet you from a place of curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. I work with individuals to process and peacefully resolve past trauma, manage present anxieties, and effectively cope with stressors to engage more fully in their lives. I am an attachment-based practitioner trained in various integrative and relational therapies with a specific focus on trauma recovery and anxiety management.
I primarily work from an Eye Movement therapy lens, including EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy, incorporating self-compassion, somatic, and cognitive therapies. My practice emphasizes the mind-body connection and I employ sensorimotor and Deep Brain Reorienting modalities to tap into the wisdom of the body.
It has been my privilege to support individuals on their journey to wellness for the last ten years. I believe in each person’s ability to step wholly into the present and I am grateful and humbled to walk alongside you as you create a full and meaningful life.
