English
| 中文 Maybe you would like to work with your trauma with more healing, or work with your feelings with more depth, rather than simply scratching the surface? Maybe you are getting tired of talk therapy and would like to try something different? Maybe you have learned a lot about mindfulness but have never experienced the power of mindfulness? The notion that our body is key to our healing is deeply rooted in Eastern philosophy, has been rediscovered and reiterated by Western psychologists. Drawing from these, my work with you will probably feature body-centered, mindfulness-based, experiential, somatic and spiritually informed.
20+ years’ experience of mindfulness practice has made this an integral part of my approach. I have successful experience in treating trauma, addiction, pain-management and couple issues. In addition, I am a MA in Counseling Psychology, a MSc in psychology, with extra certifications focused on addiction, autism and Behavior Science.
I consider my each encounter with a potential client as an opportunity to connect, to be genuine, to learn and to help. Please feel free to reach out for a free consultation session if anything in this profile strikes you!

Groups
Mindfulness and meditation group
This group practice a particular style of mindfulness called Sun's Jing-Guan which is developed by a Chinese professor whose name is Sun Zhihai. The core of this practice called Jing-Guan is to "feel your feelings". Sun's Jing-Guan consists of three parts: feel your heart, feel your brain, and observe the thoughts and images that arise in your brain. Through practicing Jing-Guan, one may better deal with their emotional issues, dissolve their addictions, and improve their problem-solving skills and their general mental health. Please reach out if you want to learn this skill.
