Sometimes we get caught up in our day-to-day routines or we feel too stretched, stressed, or spent to get going on creating the future we want for ourselves. This is where we can start our work together.

I work from a relational, person-centred, and strengths-based perspective. I believe that context plays a significant role in how we experience life, and that looking at our stories from a different perspective can bring a feeling of peace. My hope for our time together is a shared exploration of what is possible for you, based on your own goals and dreams.
