Are you new-ish to Montreal? If yes, then you're probably feeling some anxiety, isolation, and processing some grief. My thinking is: why do it alone? This 6-week group is designed to be a space for expatriates to gather, share their frustrations or successes, and reconnect with their sense of adventure. Through art making and directed therapeutic exercises, we'll spend October & November evenings building your new life here.
