I am currently accepting new clients. I offer in-person appointments in Calgary, AB; and virtual appointments in Ontario and Alberta, as well as BC, SK, MB, NL, NT, and NU. I provide gender affirming and neurodivergent affirming counselling services. I especially want help individuals get to know themselves better. I strive to create a safer and judgement-free space to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences and to create a space for you to express yourself freely. I see you and I as collaborators on your journey to wellbeing. My empathy and openness allow me to see the unique person you are no matter why you decide to visit me.
I'm also happy to share that in addition to being a Registered Psychotherapist, I am also a Canadian Certified Counsellor and member of Skipping Stone Trans Affirming Network. Some of the areas I work in include ADHD, trauma, stress, chronic pain, chronic conditions, pre/post partum, and grief. I also have experience working with front-line workers.
