Women's Wellness Weekend
We are accepting adult candidates for our upcoming Women Wellness Weekends. Our next weekend will be Jan 20/21st 2024. This will be an intimate group setting for a weekend in which restoring wellness to your life will be the primary focus. You can expect a mental wellness approach through group, yoga, mindfulness/mediation. There will be additional self-care options throughout the weekend as well as guest speakers focusing on additional areas of wellness. If you are interested, contact us today for further details.

Mental Health Mondays
We are accepting clients for our upcoming "Mental Health Mondays" group. Group will be held over the lunch hour (Noon) with a focus on Mind/Body self-care to lead you into your week. Virtual will be offered. Gentle yoga and mindfulness tools will be offered throughout the hour.
