Women's Wellness Weekend
We are accepting adult candidates for our upcoming Women Wellness Weekends. Our next weekend will be Jan 20/21st 2024. This will be an intimate group setting for a weekend in which restoring wellness to your life will be the primary focus. You can expect a mental wellness approach through group, yoga, mindfulness/mediation. We are accepting clients for our upcoming "Mental Health Mondays" group. Group will be held over the lunch hour (Noon) with a focus on Mind/Body self-care to lead you into your week. Virtual will be offered. Gentle yoga and mindfulness tools will be offered throughout the hour.
