The majority of my 20+ years of experience has been working in-depth with teens and adults who are struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues and trauma. I am passionate about helping my clients find their path toward wellness and creating the life they desire.

I provide strategies and supports using my in-depth knowledge of substance use and mental health disorders and trauma including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) strategies, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Advanced BLAST so that my clients can reach their desired goals.
