Not accepting new clients at this time —— I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker and Supervisor (LISW-CP-S) with an extensive background in treating anxiety, panic, depression, and trauma. I have worked with teens, young adults and their families in inpatient and outpatient treatment settings for over 20 years. I truly enjoy working with the college and young adult age group and all of the unique challenges they encounter. My therapeutic approach is supportive, non-judgmental, and strengths-based. I help clients to examine their concerns, explore their treatment options, and achieve realistic goals.
I utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I have specialized training in trauma resolution using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) as well as Ego State Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy.
