I am trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and by the International Association of Trauma Professionals (IATP) as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). These allow me to add skill to my passion, treating individuals struggling with disordered eating, anxiety, depression and those that have experienced trauma.
