Sometimes it's not clear what's bothering you. You just know you don't feel quite like yourself. I offer personalized talk therapy and/or Art Therapy to help you learn more about yourself and find your path forward. My practice is focused on helping you gain insight about yourself and the problem and to reduce stress in the process. Helping you find peace is the heart and soul of my work.
