Individual therapy, play therapy, parent support, and academic consultation is what I provide. In my practice I work with children, adolescents, and adults. There are several therapists in the office who can assist if I am booked.
My areas of expertise are ADHD, Anxiety, Anger Management, Divorce Challenges, Autism Spectrum, and Alcohol/Drug Addiction. I am proficient with people who have learning, emotional and behavioral difficulties. Support groups and parent workshops are available at various times.

Groups
Moms Support Group
A safe supportive space facilitated by Megan Catino LPC. Virtual/Wednesday Mornings. Topics include parenting challenges, coping skills for anxiety, & coparenting. Group provides a nurturing space to talk about challenges. Group support allows you to feel less alone in struggles. It offers a sounding board and the ability to receive feedback from others with similar stressors. A study by Tuija Seppälä and her colleagues of over 400 moms demonstrated that moms who connect often with other moms tend to have greater well-being. Moms who have frequent and positive contact with one another feel increased sense of community and empowered as parents.
