Welcome to Generation of Change! Counseling can provide a safe space to facilitate personal growth and positive change when expereincing challenges throughout the lifespan. Treating from a psychodynamic/relational approach, I help clients find patterns in their emotions, thoughts, and beliefs in order to gain insight into how they relate to themselves and others.
I hold a Perinatal Mental Health certification in the treatment of perinatal mental health concerns, including postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and psychosis; pregnancy loss; infant loss; and infertility. I have notable experience in treating trauma, particularly relational trauma (complex post-traumatic stress disorder and narcissistic abuse).
My approach is genuine, relaxed and open-minded. I appreciate humor when appropriate. I believe that you intuitively have the answers for which you are searching. It is my role to collaborate with you to access that wisdom by finding trust and compassion within yourself.
