Most women will encounter minor mood changes after the birth of a child. However, 15%-20% of women will experience significant depression or anxiety for up to a year a postpartum. I will make sure you get the support and treatment you need to move forward. You're not to blame and you're not alone.
Many women have difficulty with the transition into menopause. It can be a time of anxiety, depression, and other uncomfortable feelings. It can also be a time of great exploration, freedom, and happiness. As your counselor, I can help you live your best life with intention, mindfulness, and joy.
