I have a good deal of training and experience in the areas of addiction, recovery, and relapse prevention. I bring 15 years of experience in DBT skills training to my work with individuals and relationship mending with couples. I also work with individuals using mindfulness-based interventions for emotional difficulties such as depression or anxiety.
