Sometimes life does not go as planned and that can cause a series of thoughts and emotions. I received my BS in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and my Masters in Clinical-Community Psychology from Texas Southern Univeristy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and my work focuses on assisting clients with coping with depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship difficulties.
My therapeutic orientation is eclectic, with a strong cognitive-behavioral base. I acknowledge that every client is unique and deserves a safe, caring environment as they travel in their therapeutic journey. I pride myself in being relatable and making people feel at ease.
