I offer my clients a safe, creative space to explore the challenges they're confronting honestly and without judgement. I encourage clients to bring their whole self into sessions; accessing their thinking and feeling self, connecting their mind and their body, and integrating their passion and their purpose. Together, we'll get to know all the parts of your multi-faceted inner world, the strong, resilient parts, the angry, grieving, overly-critical parts and the neglected parts that need to be seen and heard. With warm, focused attention, we'll examine the past and envision the future while firmly rooted in the here and now.
I work with my clients to help them identify and connect with the underlying emotion that are driving patterns that are no longer working for them. Then find creative ways of resolving emotional conflict. I have completed Level 1 training certification in Emotionally-Focused Individual Therapy and Level 2 training certification in Gottman Method for couples.
