Hi there! I am so glad you're here. While I was growing up, I quickly learned that there were few places I could be truly myself and accepted just as I am. As a therapist, I've discovered many of us share that same story. In therapy, I offer space for you to be exactly who you are, wherever you're at, so that together, we can explore new ways of being and relating. I believe deeply in the healing power of connection, so my top priority is establishing trust, security, and safety within our relationship, as the quality and strength of that relationship has proven to be the single greatest predictor of achieving positive outcomes.
In my practice, I work with members of the LGBTQ+ community, folks grappling with religious trauma and spirituality, and those struggling with body image and disordered eating. Together, we will explore your unique goals, the pain and behaviors that may be holding you back, and how to create satisfying relationships, both with others and yourself.
