There are several approaches that I utilize for therapy, but I like to access where you are and work together with you to develop the plan for obtaining your goal. I truly believe that we all have had certain experiences in our lives that have shaped the way we view, interact, and experience the world. Often times, we display difficulties in coping that hinder us from reaching our full potential and enjoying life. Counseling is one way to help you reach your full potential.
I have 18 years of experience working with individuals, family, and couples addressing many issues: ADHD, ODD, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Suicidal Ideation, Bipolar Disorder. I have a passion for teens and families due to world they face today that is different than the one we grew up in.
I have a gift for connecting easily with people and I am intrigued by the unique differences and experiences that we all have.
