I specialize in helping women identify the root causes of their pain so they can live their most authentic and fulfilling lives. The women I work with are struggling with connecting to their authentic selves and and are experiencing low self-worth, anxiety, depression, parenting struggles, grief, trauma, relationship issues, fertility, postpartum struggles and life transitions. I use a holistic approach that encompasses the mind/body experience and centers the nervous system.
I am EMDR certified and specialize in working with adult women throughout the lifespan. I help women navigate various stages and issues including, young adulthood, prenatal/postpartum, motherhood, middle age/perimenopause, relationships, life transitions, grief and trauma. I combine EMDR, mindfulness, polyvagal theory, somatic and IFS informed modalities.
