Guided Imagery & Process Group

Guided imagery and metaphors can be a wonderful way to gain additional insight into one’s internal world as this type of therapy can help bypass one’s ego/defense mechanisms. The group will start with a guided imagery exercise. Group members will have a chance to discuss their associations and get associations/feedback from group members. Images can then be utilized in one’s individual therapy for deeper insights. This is a new group so a day and time is still to be determined.
