As a first-generation Latina, I am dedicated to supporting healing and wellness across communities of color. I have a passion for working with Latinx individuals, and my goal is to destigmatize thoughts and feelings surrounding mental health within this community. Everyone experiences hardships in their life, and I am here to help guide you through them. It can be difficult to know where to begin, or how get to your desired goals and outcomes, but together we can find those answers. My approach will be tailored to your needs.
My clinical experience includes working with clients of all ages in hospital and community settings. I have predominantly worked with adolescents and young adults struggling with life changes, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. My goal is to create a therapeutic setting in which individuals can feel safe, understood and accepted for who they are.
