My practice has an emphasis on pre-adolescents, adolescents and young adults. I use a combination of therapeutic techniques to help my clients achieve their goals - Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Play Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I offer a relaxed space where clients feel safe to talk and discover solutions to their needs.
