With specialized training in perinatal mental health, couples therapy and parenting, I support people suffering from challenges along this journey: infertility and pregnancy loss, postpartum depression and anxiety, and relationship issues.
I provide a warm, nonjudgmental environment, creating a safe space for vulnerability, reflection and growth. I utilize psychodynamic and attachment-based techniques to help you increase awareness and enact the change you wish to see in your life.
