In Person Hold Me Tight {R} for Couples Fall 2024

This program is aimed at helping couples with: Discovering and addressing negative dynamics that lead to feeling disconnected, hurt, alone. Understanding and voicing feelings and needs in ways to bring you closer to each other Begin to repair past hurts, injuries, and strengthening the trust between you. Rekindle, recommit, renew the preciousness of your path together. During this two day program, we will integrate videos, teaching & exercises. Each couple will do the exercises with the support of a therapist as needed. 4/13th and 14th 10a-5:30p $1,200/couple
