I am an interactive therapist who uses Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) training to help guide my sessions to 1) help people identify patterns and their cycle, 2) move away from resentment and blame toward understanding and healing, 3) provide safety for exploration of the deeper unconscious/coping strategies formed earlier in life, and 4) work toward interventions that help clients get closer to secure connections within themselves and their relationships through healing, witnessing and insight.

As an Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed therapist with extensive training in Emotionally Focussed Therapy (EFT) for couples and individuals (EFIT), I specialize in helping clients work with and heal past trauma and change patterns or dynamics that are no longer working for them.
