I enjoy working with people from all walks of life looking to gain connection with themselves and others. My clients are often highly sensitive people (HSPs) and those dealing with anxiety, exploring past trauma, and it’s influences on present issues. Many of the people I work with are aiming at improving their lives, identifying and changing patterns, and moving forward in life with growth and purpose. Whether you’re working through a tough life moment, hoping to heal from the past, or are working towards personal growth, my passion is helping you find yours!
I work with clients in a genuine and nonjudgmental way and from a position of acceptance to tackle whatever challenges they’re facing, while drawing from an integrated, holistic approach to meet my clients where they’re at.
